ezBoxup aims to deliver within the agreed time frame upon purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Customer on the completed order form.
At ezBoxup, all of our shipments will be sent out from Monday – Friday by using the courier service representative providers. Orders will be processed on the next working day and the customer will be receiving the order within stipulated working days except on Public Holiday.
For carrier deliveries you can track the status of your order at any time via the carrier website by enter your tracking number in the tracking widget.
If there is a delay, it will be indicated on the carrier’s website. In the circumstances that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving confirmation email, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
- Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
- Our courier service providers are Ninja Van, EasyParcel, Mr Speedy and etc.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For university/college campus addresses,
your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.
- The guarded building will handle the parcel to the guardhouse or management office only.
